Following the diet program is very difficult because we need to scarifies all the needs. One of the best thing for maintaining the healthy diet program is Dukan diet. The sequence of steps you need to follow is as below:

  • Avoid taking high calories of meat, take lots of water.
  • Take vegetables like pea’s, carrot, corn and other
